Lynn Tetrault

Founder


Lynn is a global business leader who has worked in the health care industry for more than 25 years. She has lived and worked abroad, serving at the most senior level of a global multi-national pharmaceutical company with operations in more than 100 countries.

Lynn was the EVP of HR and Corporate Affairs for AstraZeneca PLC for seven years, where she helped drive the transformation of the company’s leadership, culture and reputation, while also supporting significant acquisition activity and restructuring of the company’s operations around the globe. Lynn was the first woman to serve on the company’s senior executive team. Prior to serving on the senior executive team, Lynn served in a variety of roles in AstraZeneca in the US Business and Research and Development from 1993 to 2007. She began her career as a lawyer in private healthcare practice in Boston.

Currently, Lynn serves as a Non-executive Director on the Board of NeoGenomics Clinical Laboratories. Lynn is also the founder and principal of Anahata Leadership, an advisory firm focused on supporting the leadership effectiveness and development of female C-suite executives. Lynn is also a Steering Committee member of Paradigm for Parity, a coalition of senior business leaders focused on closing the gender parity in the corporate world by 2030.

Lynn is a graduate of Princeton University and received her law degree from the University of Virginia. She is a resident of Vero Beach, FL and Nantucket, MA where she lives with her husband and twin sons. Her professional passions include healthcare, leadership and the advancement of women, and her personal passions include spending time with her family, golf, tennis, skiing and yoga.

Lisa Baffi


Lisa Baffi has been working within the field of Leadership and Organization Development for over 30 years. Her work has focused on supporting leaders and teams in looking deeply into themselves to uncover their true source of leadership. Her work weaves meditative practices, ancient wisdom teachings, indigenous knowledge, nature and solid business skills into an experience, which transforms their sense of themselves as leaders. While Lisa was schooled in the disciplines of psychology and business, her true gifts arise from her 20 years of meditative practice and her 14 years of working with the indigenous shaman of South America. Her passion for working with women leaders is driven by her own believe that intuition is a powerful untapped inner energy which informs a new type of leadership – one that is greatly needed in the world today.

Alaina Love


Alaina Love is President and Co-founder of Purpose Linked Consulting and a nationally recognized expert in leadership purpose and passion. She is co-author of the bestselling McGraw-Hill book, The Purpose Linked Organization: How Passionate Leaders Inspire Winning Teams and Great Results.

Alaina and her co-author, Marc Cugnon, have spent the last 18 years conducting research and creating programs to support leadership and team development, with a specific focus on employee purpose, passion and well-being. Their work has shown that individual fulfillment and inspirational leadership are the keys to creating the level of employee engagement that produces outstanding business results and a culture of thriving. Their processes are an integral part of talent management in their client organizations.

With a research team from University of Michigan, Purpose Linked Consulting developed the Passion Profiler™ online tool that identifies and measures passions and reveals how they are used in the work environment. Today, Purpose Linked Consulting clients include Fortune 500 firms, government and military organizations (such as NASA, the Department of Defense, the US Army and the EPA) as well as independent companies, hospitals, universities, and private coaching clients.

Prior to founding Purpose Linked Consulting, Alaina enjoyed a successful twelve-year career with Merck & Co., Inc., a multinational pharmaceutical firm. As Executive Director of Human Resources, she was responsible for worldwide HR services for the sales and marketing division of the company, supporting over 15,000 employees around the globe in a division that generated $12.3 billion in annual sales. Earlier in her career, Alaina was a research scientist for Merck in the field of immunology, where she worked to develop products for the treatment of diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus. She was also a clinical researcher, with responsibility for monitoring international clinical trials for the anti-ulcer treatment known as Pepcid®.

Alaina is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Change Leadership Program. She has completed advanced Human Resource studies at Rutgers University and medical studies at Tufts University School of Medicine. She also holds an undergraduate degree in medical technology from Monmouth University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Alaina has served as a leadership columnist for Bloomberg Business Week, The Washington Post and Harvard Business Review online. She currently writes a popular monthly blog for SmartBrief on Leadership, which was recognized as one of the top 15 most widely read blogs in 2016. Alaina’s upcoming book, Passionality, explores the art and science of well-being, and provides tools and techniques for bringing purpose and passion into our daily lives.

Kyleen Keenan

Plant Based Chef & Holistic Nutritionist


Kyleen Keenan is a lady on a mission is lead the way to a more organic, plant-based future to save our environment and improve our health. Ky is a plant-based chef, holistic nutritionist, author, and co-founder of Not Your Sugar Mamas, a raw organic chocolate company on Martha’s Vineyard. In 2016, she launched the company’s Organic Café, featuring health-supportive foods including a line of plant-based cheeses and gluten-free breads. She is the author of Chocolate Everyday, published in June 2018 and features 75 recipes of health supportive cacao treats. Ky’s work has been featured on Well & Good, The Chalkboard Mag, VegNews, Vogue.com , The Boston Globe, The Washington Post among other national publications. She was also named Top 30 Under 30 by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received a Rising Star Award by StarChefs in 2014. She lives on Martha’s Vineyard with her three-year-old daughter, Francesca
