MY STORY
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Having served on the senior executive team of a major multi-national company for many years, I remember well the pressures and demands of leadership at the top. While I achieved success, I often neglected my own needs, which negatively affected my professional development, personal well-being, and leadership impact.
What I learned from those years is that over time, women can lose their ‘spark’ or connection to their true feminine nature. We begin to feel drained or less-than-inspired, and we don’t know why. Or we find ourselves in a period of transition, and we yearn for clarity of direction. Three years ago, prompted by a major health scare, I embarked on a journey to restore my sense of balance and revitalize my connection to the intuition and wisdom residing in my own heart. It has been a humbling and inspiring experience, and I have emerged with a greater sense of purpose and balance, as well as a passionate desire to share my learning with other women.
That is why I founded Anahata Leadership—to empower women to lead their best life. I deeply believe that women not only need, but deserve the opportunity to pause—to reflect on their leadership journey, revitalize their sense of well-being, and deepen their connection to their core feminine essence. To help make that possible for you, I would like to invite you to a special event, one that incorporates the most helpful insights, practices, and tools that I have uncovered through my own journey.
The Heart of Feminine Leadership is a four-day retreat in the beautiful and intimate setting of the Four Seasons in Santa Fe, New Mexico from October 2–6, 2017. In the company of 25 other extraordinary women, you will deepen your understanding of your feminine nature, uncover your true passions and purpose, and gain a new perspective on your leadership approach. You will also acquire tools and methods to help integrate what you learn into your everyday life.
You deserve the opportunity to invest in you—to reveal the truths within you that will enhance your leadership and your life. I look forward to welcoming you to Santa Fe this fall for an inspiring and rejuvenating experience.
