Lisa Baffi

Lisa Baffi has been working within the field of Leadership and Organization Development for 35 years. Her work has focused on supporting leaders and teams in looking deeply into themselves to uncover their true source of leadership. Her work weaves meditative practices, ancient wisdom teachings, indigenous knowledge, nature and solid business skills into an experience, which transforms their sense of themselves as leaders. While Lisa was schooled in the disciplines of psychology and business, her true gifts arise from her 22 years of meditative practice and her 16 years of working with the indigenous shaman of South America. Her passion for working with women leaders is driven by her own belief that intuition is a powerful untapped inner energy which informs a new type of leadership – one that is greatly needed in the world today.
