  • 10:00 am-1:00 pm – Morning Workshop (Introduction to Ayurveda and the Doshas)
  • 1:00 pm – Lunch
  • 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks
  • 5:30 pm – Afternoon workshop (Ayurveda nutrition – the Six Tastes)
  • 7:00 pm – Dinner

Thursday, January 30th

  • 8:00 am – QiGong/meditation
  • 9:00 am – Breakfast
  • 10:00 am – Morning Workshop (the Six Tastes continued)
  • 12:30 pm – Lunch
  • 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks/optional activities
  • 5:00 pm – Afternoon workshop (Ayurveda – the Five Senses)
  • 7:00 pm – Dinner

Friday, January 31st

  • 8:00 am – Breakfast
  • 9:00 am – Depart on Excursion Day
  • 5:30 pm – Return from Excursion Day
  • 6:30 pm – Dinner

Saturday, February 1st

  • 8:00 am – Meditation/Pranayama Breathing
  • 9:00 am – Breakfast
  • 10:00 am – Morning Workshop (Daily Rituals – Living in Harmony)
  • 1:00 pm – Lunch
  • 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks/optional activities
  • 5:30 pm – Taking it Home
  • 7:00 pm – Dinner

Sunday, February 2nd

  • 6:00 am (or as needed) – Departures for San Jose International Airport
