- 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks
- 5:30 pm – Afternoon workshop (Ayurveda nutrition – the Six Tastes)
- 7:00 pm – Dinner
Thursday, January 30th
- 8:00 am – QiGong/meditation
- 9:00 am – Breakfast
- 10:00 am – Morning Workshop (the Six Tastes continued)
- 12:30 pm – Lunch
- 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks/optional activities
- 5:00 pm – Afternoon workshop (Ayurveda – the Five Senses)
- 7:00 pm – Dinner
Friday, January 31st
- 8:00 am – Breakfast
- 9:00 am – Depart on Excursion Day
- 5:30 pm – Return from Excursion Day
- 6:30 pm – Dinner
Saturday, February 1st
- 8:00 am – Meditation/Pranayama Breathing
- 9:00 am – Breakfast
- 10:00 am – Morning Workshop (Daily Rituals – Living in Harmony)
- 1:00 pm – Lunch
- 2:00 pm – Relax/spa services/pool/outdoor walks/optional activities
- 5:30 pm – Taking it Home
