Lynn Tetrault

Founder


Lynn is a global business leader who has worked in the health care industry for over 30 years. She has lived and worked abroad, serving at the most senior level of a global multi-national pharmaceutical company with operations in more than 85 countries. Lynn is currently the Chairwoman of NASDAQ listed Neo Genomics Clinical Laboratories and Non-Executive Director of NASDAQ listed Acelyrin, Inc. and Rhythm Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to her Board roles, Lynn served as Executive Vice President of HR and Corporate Affairs at AstraZeneca PLC. Lynn had global responsibility for HR and Corporate Affairs for the last 7 years of her 22-year tenure with the company. Lynn was the first woman to serve on the company’s senior executive team. Prior to serving on the senior executive team, Lynn served in a variety of roles in Research and Development and the US Business from 1993 to 2007. She began her career as a lawyer in private healthcare practice in Boston.

Lynn is the founder of Anahata Leadership, an advisory firm focused on supporting the development and well-being of women. She was a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of Paradigm for Parity, a non-profit coalition of senior business leaders focused on closing the gender parity gap in corporate leadership. Lynn is also a member of the Advisory Board of The Connors Women’s Health Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and of WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters), a non-profit organization that is focused on addressing the gender inequities in clinical research in order to drive improvements in women’s health.

Lynn is a graduate of Princeton University and received her law degree from the University of Virginia. She enjoys skiing, hiking, golf, tennis and travel. She is a resident of Boston, MA and has twin sons.

Lisa Baffi


Lisa has been a leadership and life coach for the past 35 years working with individuals at all levels of leadership as well as creating team and women’s retreats. Her background combines meditative practices, nutrition, Nature, Indigenous wisdom, and neuroscience, weaving them into business practices to support leaders in reaching their full potential.

Being trained as a clinical therapist as well as an energy healer, Lisa brings the tools to both balance and integrate the mind and the heart. Lisa has held executive positions in both start-up and high growth companies translating this philosophy into action. The uniqueness of her approach takes leaders on a deep dive into themselves to uncover what derails them, what inspires them, and what their gifts are to offer to the world. Utilizing these interwoven perspectives generates an evolution at all levels of an individual’s Being.
