Lynn Tetrault
Founder
Prior to her Board roles, Lynn served as Executive Vice President of HR and Corporate Affairs at AstraZeneca PLC. Lynn had global responsibility for HR and Corporate Affairs for the last 7 years of her 22-year tenure with the company. Lynn was the first woman to serve on the company’s senior executive team. Prior to serving on the senior executive team, Lynn served in a variety of roles in Research and Development and the US Business from 1993 to 2007. She began her career as a lawyer in private healthcare practice in Boston.
Lynn is the founder of Anahata Leadership, an advisory firm focused on supporting the development and well-being of women. She was a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of Paradigm for Parity, a non-profit coalition of senior business leaders focused on closing the gender parity gap in corporate leadership. Lynn is also a member of the Advisory Board of The Connors Women’s Health Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and of WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters), a non-profit organization that is focused on addressing the gender inequities in clinical research in order to drive improvements in women’s health.
Lynn is a graduate of Princeton University and received her law degree from the University of Virginia. She enjoys skiing, hiking, golf, tennis and travel. She is a resident of Boston, MA and has twin sons.

Dr. Naomi Parrella
Dr. Naomi Parrella is a board-certified physician, national expert in obesity and lifestyle-related medicine, and a trusted advisor to high-performing professionals seeking clarity, energy, and sustainable well-being. Known for her ability to translate complex science into clear, actionable strategies, she helps leaders recalibrate their health and thrive, personally and professionally.
Raised in Japan and educated in the United States, Dr. Parrella brings a rare global perspective to health, blending the everyday longevity practices of Eastern traditions with the clinical precision of Western medicine. Over the past two decades, she has led innovative clinical programs, executive retreats, and wellness initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, health systems, and academic institutions.
She has served as Chief Medical Officer for digital health companies and as Chief of Lifestyle Medicine for an academic medical center and Medical Director of multi-site weight and wellness programs, and is frequently invited to speak to global audiences, including teams at United Airlines, R1RCM, CME Group, and top U.S. medical centers. Her work integrates medical insight, cultural wisdom, and real-world tools to support high performance and meaningful personal growth.
Her passion for this work is rooted in both her medical training and a lifelong curiosity about what truly helps people feel alive, connected, and well. At this retreat, she brings both expertise and heart, creating a space for women to reconnect with their vitality, refocus their vision, and return home recharged and re-centered for what comes next.
Dr. Parrella is board certified in both Family and Obesity Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Obesity Medicine Association. She is a founding board member of the Brain Medicine Institute and a nationally recognized voice in metabolic health, behavior change, and leadership wellness. She lives in Chicago with her husband and she has two grown sons.
