By checking here, you understand that the initial deposit for the retreat is nonrefundable should you need to cancel your attendance. If you decide to cancel, and a replacement attendee can be found, your deposit will be returned to you, less an administrative fee to cover the credit card fee charged. The health and safety of retreat participants is of utmost importance. For that reason, you agree that you will not participate in or travel to the retreat if you are unwell. You also agree to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation of your trip due to illness or otherwise and to cover other needs that may arise due to illness while traveling. Should you become ill while at the retreat, every effort will be made to assist you, but you understand that you may be required to isolate yourself from others at the retreat until it is safe for you to rejoin the group.
